Master microprocessor controller designed to manage the network of up to 4 compressors, equipped with remote control (REM)-enabled controllers. 

Support for a GSM modem.

MS4CMPXv2 controller is based on 32-bit NXP microcontroller, recognized by high resistance to industrial noises, high speed and multi-functional capabilities. High precision measurements provide 12 bit ADCs. The MS4CMPXv2 works with an external pressure sensor (4-20mA) and the ambient temperature sensor.

4x20 character LCD display, 8 information LEDs, and 12 buttons keypad, provide user-friendly interface, clear and ease of use: to modify the operating parameters and supervision of the network-enabled compressors.

MS4CMPXv2 has two network algorithms implemented: 

  • Sequential: to manage compressors of similar power with main objectives such as: even distribution of working hours between all compressors in the network, rotation at a specified period boundaries between the compressor operating pressures
  • Cascade: to manage compressors of diversified power with main objectives such as: less frequent power-cycling for most powerful compressors, switching on compressors of bigger power only at time of high pressure demand

An important advantage of MS4CMPXv2 multiplexer is that it is equipped with GSM module, designed to inform about the status of the compressor and signaling failures as mobile text messages. Additionally mobile text messages can provide report of the state of compressors and the current pressure.

Master industrial controller allow to plan the production process to a dedicated requirements, with the setting date of start / stop. This allows for unattended operation of devices. An important element of MS4CMPXv2 is energy savings and reduced wear of mechanical components of compressors.

The multiplexer is equipped with fast CAN bus and RS485 with Modbus RTU protocol, what allows for cooperation with MSAirControl visualization system on a PC.

MS4CMPXv2 can work with any type of piston or screw compressors.
